PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
At Fiona's Fashion House, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and components exactly as received.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or careless handling will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and in pristine condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially confirmed within this period. Fiona's Fashion House reserves the right to refuse returns if we have reason to believe an item has been used or damaged after delivery.
How do I return my order?
Returning your order is simple. Please follow the steps below:
Send an email to info@fionafashionhouse.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item in case of damage
- Your full name and address
Once we receive your email, we will get back to you with the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender address — we will provide you with the right destination. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as you contact us within 8 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it for you. After this window, your order will already be in processing and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Because our system processes orders automatically and immediately, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once an order has been placed. If your order is already on its way, please wait until it arrives and then initiate a return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear statement by email at info@fionafashionhouse.com. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please note that shipping times from our warehouse may vary.
To help us process your return as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once your return is on its way.
Customs Fees
Please be aware that return shipments may be subject to customs inspection and additional fees. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Fiona's Fashion House.
Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at info@fionafashionhouse.com with photos of the damaged item and a description of the issue. If the fault is on our end, we will send you a replacement free of charge — no questions asked.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal has been confirmed and your return received, we will refund all payments made, excluding original delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
