How long does it take to process my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will process it within 1 to 3 business days. During weekdays this is typically done within one business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer to process. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Please note that while we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Fiona's Fashion House is simple and straightforward. Simply visit the product page of your choice, select the correct size and variant, and click "Add to Cart". Once you are happy with your selection, click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your shipping address. Please make sure all details are accurate before continuing.

On the shipping page, you will be able to review your address and confirm your order. Every shipment is completely free of charge — we always cover the shipping and delivery costs as a token of our appreciation. Continue to the payment page where you can choose from the following payment methods, all of which are fully SSL encrypted for your security:

After selecting your preferred payment method, click "Complete Order" and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.


Shipping costs

When will my order be shipped?

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask you to:

- Double check the shipping address in your order confirmation

- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case the package was received on your behalf

- Contact the carrier directly for more detailed delivery information

While we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand how frustrating this situation can be. We will do everything we can to support you by providing tracking details and assisting in opening an investigation with the carrier.
